Telecoms and redevelopment - a practical guide for landowners

Since the Introduction of the (now not so new) Electronic Communications Code in 2017, telecoms operators have had extensive rights to install electronic communications apparatus on land and buildings. This means it can be difficult for landowners to end telecoms agreements and remove apparatus to enable redevelopment.
