Legal Update

First Hydro, Edison First Power and Lakeland Power agree to licence modification

These three subsidiaries of Edison Mission Energy agreed on 22nd March to the "market abuse" licence modification proposed by Ofgem in February. The agreement follows discussions with Ofgem of its approach under the "market abuse" clause. Ofgem's proposed licence amendments, which are now accepted by these companies, remains unchanged.
