Vodafone and BTCellnet have market influence in UK mobile market

Director General of Telecommunications, David Edmonds, announced on 29th March that in spite of increased competition in the market and falling prices, Vodafone and BTCellnet still have market influence. They must continue to allow service providers access to their networks on non-discriminatory terms and publish charges, terms and conditions for their services, while keeping separate accounts related to their wholesale products.
