Chiara is a Senior Associate in the Infrastructure, Construction and Energy (ICE) Disputes team and is dual-qualified in Scots and English law. She advises clients across the supply chain in sectors ranging from energy to major infrastructure, both in Scotland and England.
She has wide-ranging expertise in complex and high-value disputes, representing clients in litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation. Chiara is known for providing strategic, commercially focused advice to help clients manage and resolve disputes efficiently.
Chiara is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), where she serves as Vice Chair of the Scottish Branch. She has a particular interest in arbitration and is actively involved in promoting its use as an effective means of dispute resolution.
