Edward is Of Counsel in the CMS UK Employment team. He has developed a practice advising UK and international employer clients across a number of sectors and industries including primarily technology, media and financial services.

He advises on the full range of employment-related issues, with a particular focus on employment tribunal litigation, including high value discrimination and whistleblowing claims. Edward’s non-contentious experience includes working closely with clients’ in-house legal and HR teams on day-to-day issues, negotiating senior level service agreements and exits, advising on collective redundancy situations and the employment aspects of business transfers.

Edward regularly presents training and seminars on various employment law issues and developments and has been recognised in Legal 500 as a “Leading Associate” and in Chambers and Partners as "very technically able, collaborative, easy to work with and gets the job done", with “faultless technical knowledge” and who impresses with the “clear advice and support he provides”.
