George Metcalfe advises on the establishment of private investment funds, participation in funds, and bespoke investment management structures. George also advises on co-investment funds, alternative structures, managed accounts, and organising sophisticated family office structures. George has worked in London and Hong Kong and has extensive experience of transactions across UK, EMEA, APAC and US markets. He has also spent time on secondment at leading global investment firms, including BlackRock.    

George focusses on private markets investment, chiefly private equity and venture capital, private credit, infrastructure, real estate and alternative investments. In addition, George advises on carried interest and executive co-investment arrangements, helping align interests between investors and their appointed managers. George’s clients include investment managers, advisers and OCIOs, as well as institutional investors and large family offices.
