Georgina is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution team in London and has experience of a variety of commercial disputes, with a particular focus on the life sciences and technology sectors.  

Georgina’s experience involves the resolution of commercial and technology disputes through both litigation and alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation.  Georgina has particular experience in contractual disputes, fraud claims, negligence and acquisition disputes. She has also spent time on secondment at a multinational technology company where she helped manage and run investigations. 

Georgina advises on public procurement issues, in particular where they intersect with broader strategic or contentious matters.

Georgina has a particular focus on the life sciences and healthcare sector and has worked with life sciences clients on a range of commercial disputes and internal investigations.  Georgina has also spent time on secondment at a global pharmaceutical company.

  • A global pharmaceutical company on investigating and responding to whistleblower allegations made to relevant UK regulators and authorities.
  • A global pharmaceutical company on investigating internal whistleblower allegations of unethical practices.
