Heather is an Associate in the Infrastructure, Construction and Energy (ICE) Disputes team. Heather acts for contractor and developer clients within a range of sectors across all forms of dispute resolution, including high value court actions and adjudications, as well as dispute avoidance. Prior to joining CMS, Heather trained at a Scottish firm, where she gained significant experience in litigation at both the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. Heather is an Executive Committee Member of the Scottish Young Lawyers’ Association.
