Lyndsey Shaw is a senior associate in the Corporate Team advising clients on a range of company, corporate finance and commercial matters with a particular focus on the hospitality, media, entertainment, technology and healthcare sectors, including advising:
- private equity houses, portfolio companies and management teams in relation to investments, bolt-on acquisitions and portfolio company matters;
- a range of companies, from SME's to global entities on funding rounds, merger and acquisitions and general company matters; and
- companies within the hotels and hospitality sector on management, consultancy and IP licence agreements.
Outside of the office, Lyndsey is on the board of trustees for Brighter Sound, an innovative music charity based in Manchester, working to promote equality and diversity within the music industry.
