Remy delivers practical, strategic advice on investigations, criminal litigation and compliance. She has worked on a wide range of matters that carry legal, regulatory, and reputational risk, both across her role as an Associate at CMS, and in previous legal compliance roles at other firms. Her experience includes matters involving prosecuting and investigating authorities, anti-corruption and financial crime, legal privilege, legal compliance and inquests. She has a particular interest in parallel criminal and civil proceedings, anti-fraud and sanctions.
Remy is a committee member of CMS Women and a member of the Female Fraud Forum, Women in Criminal Law and Young Fraud Lawyers Association.
