Sam is a partner in the media and technology team.

He provides commercial and regulatory advice to clients across the media, technology and sport industries, including in relation to: (i) the launch of new technologies and platforms, (ii) the acquisition and distribution of content; (iii) media regulatory developments; (iv) commercial advertising and marketing agreements; and (v) tech licensing and outsourcing arrangements.  In particular, he has worked closely with his clients over the past 5 years on the launch of a number of new media technology products, so much so that there aren’t many households in the UK that don’t own a smart TV, STB or smart speaker that Sam hasn’t helped launch.

Sam’s clients include household brands, linear and on-demand service providers, rights holders, tech giants and advertisers.
