Sian is a Senior Associate in the Employment Team. She advises clients on day-to-day HR queries, and on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment law. She advises across a broad range of sections including real estate, media, technology, financial services and private equity.

Sian has particular expertise in acting for clients in relation to TUPE and the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including private equity investment.

A large international communications company in a cross-border transaction including the transfer of employees to an international joint venture partner.
A multi-national organisation in the technology sector defending a high value Employment Tribunal claim by a senior executive.
A private equity company in relation to a public-to-private transaction of a national restaurant chain.
A multinational company in relation to complex TUPE issues arising from an outsourcing agreement.
An international financial services institution in relation to a number of disciplinary proceedings relating to regulated individuals.
A technology group in relation to intra company TUPE transfers on restructuring and a collective consultation for redundancy.
An insolvency practitioner company in relation to redundancies arising out of the administration of an amusement park.
