TPR has issued its highly anticipated guidance for ceding trustees and employers who are considering a transfer to a superfund, under the interim regime. The guidance dovetails closely with TPR’s earlier light touch guidance to trustees and employers, but this version of the guidance is significantly more thorough. It includes a helpful degree of flexibility to reflect the fact that schemes may be coming to this decision from very different circumstances.
