CMS are pleased to present this joint guide with the CBI on gender pay gap reporting. The CBI-CMS guide is designed to make it easier for businesses to understand the new obligations being introduced from April, thereby allowing more time to focus on outcomes.
A prosperous economy depends on both men and women being supported to get into and progress in work. Requiring businesses to analyse their data on gender diversity is likely to help them to better understand the barriers that women face and take steps towards reducing gender pay gaps.
Employers have a limited period of time to get to grips with the Gender Pay Gap Regulations before capturing their first snapshot of data on 5 April 2017, analysing that data and publishing their gender pay gap figures.
Download the CBI-CMS guide for practical advice on this new piece of legislation.
