II GSK 2034/18)related to a decision by Polish authorities to revoke a permit to sell alcohol for a specialist shop operating in Cracow because the shop also sold alcohol through its website and allowed alcohol products to be delivered to a buyer’s address. This prohibition was overturned by an appeals court, and ultimately rejected by the NSA. For more details on this court decision, follow this link to the main article.
