Johan Bruneau obtained his CAPA (Professional Lawyer's Certificate) in France in 2014 and has eight years of experience at CMS Francis Lefebvre Maroc. 

He heads the Business law / Mergers & Acquisitions practice of CMS Casablanca office. He is involved in commercial law and regulatory matters to assist multinationals as well as local companies, in various sectors of activity, in the context of their projects and operations in Morocco. He is also involved in M&A transactions.
