Following the entry into force of Ministerial Order No. 433-A/2026/1 of 21 September, which regulates the procedures for the dynamic management of injection capacity in the Public Service Electricity Grid (RESP) provided for in Decree-Law No. 100/2026 of 22 May, the Directorate-General for Energy and Geology (DGEG) has made available two resources of particular relevance to the implementation of these procedures:
- Up-to-date information on injection capacity in the RESP by connection point – in accordance with Article 7 of the Ministerial Order, tables have been published setting out injection capacity in the National Electricity Transmission Network (RNT) [available here] and the National Electricity Distribution Network (RND) [available here], enabling users to consult the capacity available and allocated at each connection point.
- Standard form for the submission of applications and declarations – the form provided for in Article 25 of Ministerial Order No. 433-A/2026/1 has also been made available for the submission of the applications and declarations provided for in the Ministerial Order and Decree-Law No. 100/2026, including combined applications [available here].
