David Bujgl joins the Banking & Finance team at CMS

International law firm CMS welcomes a new addition to its Banking & Finance team - David Bujgl, an attorney specialising in debt finance, joins the team as an associate on 2 May.

David’s experience includes advising on various cross-border and domestic lending transactions across a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on acquisition/leveraged and real estate financing. He advises major financial institutions as well as borrowers and sponsors. David also advises clients on domestic bond issuances, particularly in the real estate sector. He also gives lectures and seminars on various aspects of finance transactions.

Prior to joining CMS, David gained experience as an associate at an international law firm.
