Munich – Afinum Neunte Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG (Afinum 9), together with Unigestion S.A. and the founder of Zeit für Brot, Dirk Steiger, has acquired the Zeit für Brot Group from Afinum Achte Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG (Afinum 8). Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
A CMS team headed by Munich-based partner Dr Martin Kuhn acted as transaction counsel and advised on all legal aspects of the investment. Private equity investor Afinum has also previously relied on the expertise of the Munich-based CMS team.
Zeit für Brot is a premium food concept built around bread and related products made using the highest quality Bioland ingredients. It has numerous outlets in cities throughout Germany.
