Frankfurt/Main, 20.12.2024 – Everfield Germany GmbH, a long-term investor in mission-critical B2B software companies, has acquired ondeso GmbH, a renowned provider of automated operational technology (OT) management solutions. With this strategic acquisition, Everfield further strengthens its presence in the DACH region, marking its 7th acquisition here to date.
A CMS team led by Dr. Florian Plagemann provided comprehensive legal advice to Everfield on the acquisition. CMS regularly supports Everfield, most recently on the acquisition of ParkHere GmbH and helloTess!. In all transactions modern legal tech tools that use artificial intelligence were used, which significantly increased the efficiency and speed of implementation – supported by the cross-departmental CMS in-house special unit Smart Operations.
ondeso, founded in 2010, specializes in automated OT management solutions, enabling industrial equipment operators and manufacturers to inventory, manage, and secure their OT systems on the shop floor. They serve renowned blue-chip customers such as Mercedes-Benz Group, Daimler Truck, ThyssenKrupp Steel, Nobilia, and Storck.
