Frankfurt/Main, 09.07.2024 – Everfield Germany GmbH has acquired 100 percent of the shares in ParkHere GmbH. ParkHere is one of the leading providers of digital parking management systems in the DACH region.
Everfield acquires European vertical market and specialty software companies in order to build and grow them. As part of its "buy, build and grow" strategy, Everfield provides its companies with the necessary tools to take their development to the next level. Everfield's aim is to drive the growth of its companies and create opportunities for the European software ecosystem. Everfield does not strive for short-term success, but is a long-term partner for companies that seek to preserve their brand and heritage.
A CMS team headed by CMS partner Dr Florian Plagemann advised Everfield on all legal aspects of this transaction. The investor regularly relies on the expertise of CMS. Here, as in other transactions for Everfield, modern legal tech tools that use artificial intelligence were used, which significantly increased the efficiency and speed of implementation – supported by the cross-departmental CMS in-house special unit Smart Operations.
