Düsseldorf, 13.12.2024 – SEGRO has sold three logistics properties in Germany to GLP on behalf of SELP (SEGRO European Logistics Partnership). The portfolio comprises properties in Neuenstadt, Grevenbroich-Kapellen and Malsfeld with combined rental space of 129,000 square metres.

The logistics property in Neuenstadt was built in 2009 and comprises a total of seven fully-let units. Together, they offer 73,400 square metres of space. The site is located in a business park between Heilbronn and Stuttgart. The Malsfeld property was built in 2006 and extended in 2020. Likewise fully let, it provides 35,000 square metres of rental space and is located between Kassel and Frankfurt am Main. The 20,400 square metre site in Grevenbroich-Kapellen is also fully let. The three units it comprises were built in 2005 and 2007.

A CMS team headed by lead partner Philipp Schönnenbeck provided SEGRO with comprehensive legal advice. A longstanding CMS client, SEGRO is regularly advised by the firm on transactions, most recently in August 2024 when selling two properties in Erlangen and Freiberg am Neckar to a fund managed by Deka Immobilien.

SEGRO is a UK Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) which is listed on the London Stock Exchange and Euronext Paris. As a leading owner, manager and developer of modern warehouses and industrial property, it owns or manages 10.8 million square metres of space valued at EUR 24.5 billion. The company’s properties are located in and around major cities and at key transportation hubs in the UK and in seven other European countries.
