Employee Round-Up 2016

The CMS employment team is delighted to invite you to our Annual Round-up event for 2016 across our Scottish offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Each of our 2016 Round-ups will cover key cases and the latest legal developments, in addition to a workshop on managing sickness absence and future trends in employment law.

In our future trends session we explore the legal implications of agile working, the impact of the gig economy and the move towards digital systems which monitor the health and performance of employees.

Managing sickness absence whilst navigating the complexities of disability discrimination remains a challenge for all practitioners. In our workshop we focus on the key challenges in this area and offer practical insights.
