HR data protection issues - keeping on top of compliance

This session looks at key data protection issues that businesses need to consider in relation to their employees and wider workforce.

In the last year health and safety has taken priority as workplaces have been adapted to make them Covid secure.  Employers need to consider how these changes, together with the end of the Brexit transition period, have affected their data protection compliance. We will also look at recommended areas of focus in relation to HR data protection processes, updating documentation and what data protection issues might arise around testing, vaccinations and the return to the workplace.
