Transactions, whether M&A, outsourcing or insourcing, are a core part of many of our clients’ businesses;  however, while the key commercial heads of terms are generally hammered out early in the day, what is often overlooked are the essential people issues. 

Ensuring that you get these right is fundamental to the success of a transaction.  There is not a one size fits all solution and getting it right requires sector specific expertise.

During the second session in this series, Michelle Kirkland and Jenni Darling will consider the nature of the transaction and any employment risks and how this will impact employees within the relevant business, including how their employment is structured (whether there is an operating company, etc) and whether there are TUPE implications associated with the transaction.
