During 2007 there were an increasing number of mixed-use schemes developed throughout the UK. As pressure from the Government to provide more residential space mounts, along with the desire to develop sustainable environments, this number is likely to increase further in the coming years.
In order to gauge the current climate, expectations and direction of developers and investors in today’s property market, we have devised a short survey that we would be very grateful if you could take the time to complete.
