Amelia is an associate in the Employment Team and joined CMS in 2022 after qualifying into Employment in 2021 at a regional firm.

She works closely with the firm’s Corporate, Private Equity and other transactional teams and advises employers and senior employees on a wide range of general advisory and contentious matters.

A sex discrimination and unfair dismissal claim against a pharmacology company.
