Emily is a Senior Associate based in the London office. She advises employers on employment issues throughout the employment lifecycle.
She is experienced in contentious matters and advises on complex Employment Tribunal litigation matters, including discrimination and whistleblowing, and cases with a multi-jurisdictional element. She also provides strategic advice employee relations issues, dispute resolution, and investigations.
Emily advises clients on non-contentious issues, including senior executive recruitment, day-to-day workplace issues, TUPE, people aspects of transactions and business reorganisations.
She advises clients across a broad range of sectors, with a particular focus on financial services, real estate and technology.
Emily has carried out two secondments, which include supporting the employee relations team of a multinational infrastructure consulting firm, and more recently, she has spent time on secondment in the employment legal team at a global technology company. Her experiences on secondment have enabled her to deepen her understanding of these sectors, and the importance of commercial, pragmatic advice.
