Jack Laidlaw is an associate in CMS UK’s Dispute Resolution Team, specialising in commercial litigation. He advises on a broad range of complex commercial disputes, often with a cross-border element.  He regularly assists on disputes relating to breach of contract, corporate and M&A disputes, shareholder disputes, technology disputes, professional negligence actions, insolvency matters, and disputes arising from allegations of fraud, breach of duty, conspiracy, negligence, and misrepresentation. He has extensive experience at trial as well as in obtaining and resisting applications for interim injunctive relief. He has a particular interest in corporate law and sports law.

Jack is qualified and admitted to practise law in England & Wales and in Scotland.
