Opening remarks
David Zeffman, Head of Gambling and Sport at CMS, gives his opening remarks on topics such as the upcoming Gambling White Paper (including when it is likely to be published), the moral pendulum of gambling regulation and how the regulatory landscape has shifted over recent decades.
