  • HR data protection requirements;
  • Applications for tax benefits for expats;
  • Tax optimization of salary splits and employee benefits;
  • Employers’ tax obligations, multi-state wage and income tax returns.

Fun fact

Do you know that foreigners that are registered as legal representatives of a Slovenia company do not need a single permit for carrying out the tasks of representing the legal entity, entering into transactions, give instructions and other similar tasks in the role of a legal representative, if this work is performed up to 90 days in the calendar year? In this case they only need to register with the Slovenian Employment Service online prior to carrying out of the tasks and will receive a confirmation on the completed registration.

We offered advice, drafts of documents and representation in front of the Slovenian authorities in the process of ending / returning the employee’s single permit and deregistering its residence in Slovenia. The matter was time sensitive, since we needed to handle the process in a manner that the third country visa holder was ensured with continuity of EU visa due to change of employer (coordination with Slovenian and Danish authorities) without having to leave Europe.
