Fun fact

Did you know that groups of companies can only second their employees to Monaco for a maximum of 30 days when the seconding company is domiciled in a jurisdiction not linked to Monaco by a bilateral agreement? Beyond this duration, the Monegasque company of the group will have to request the issuance of a work permit according to the conditions provided for by Monegasque law including the criteria of the place of residence of the future employee.
