Rachid MEJDOUBI holding CAPA since 2010, is senior tax associate in CMS Francis Lefebvre Maroc Conseil juridique et fiscal.

He assists the clients in the implementation of investment projects and day to day tax assistance, and also in the framework of tax litigations (tax audit notably).

The clients are generally, international Groups that Rachid Mejdoubi advises in the framework of their implantation in Morocco or their litigations with the tax administration.

His experience in tax law permits him to advise clients on different tax issues throughout companies’ life.
