On 8 June, Notice no. 14136-B/2026/2 was published, determining the opening of the public consultation period for the proposal for the Sectoral Programme for Renewable Energy Acceleration Zones (“ZAER”), within the scope of which the respective environmental reports will be made available.
The public consultation period starts today and will run until 15 July 2026. During this period, interested parties may submit their observations and suggestions in writing, preferably through the PARTICIPA Portal.
The documents are available for consultation on the PARTICIPA Portal (www.participa.pt), on the website of the Mission Structure for the Licensing of Renewable Energy Projects 2030 (EMER 2030) (https://emer.gov.pt/), and on the portal https://renovaveisparticipa.pt/.
