Yevhen Chornyi is a lawyer primarily specialising in the real estate sector. He advises Ukrainian and international companies on acquisitions of retail, residential, commercial and industrial real property. He has broad experience in carrying out vendor and red flag due diligences of special purpose vehicles in the renewable energy industry, including wind, heat and solar power plants, data centres and biogas stations. He has advised investment funds and international banks regarding projects in infrastructure, logistics and agribusiness industries. In addition, he has experience in state assets lease, privatisation issues as well as PPP projects.

Yevhen’s experience also includes advising clients on various types of commercial contracts, including sale and purchase, services, lease, contractor and utilities as well as supply and consultancy contracts.
