The strategic partnership combines Europe's leading ski rental marketplace with a leading mountain equipment rental operator. The transaction brings together two highly complementary businesses and marks an important step in Alpy.com's continued growth journey, matching Alpy.com's marketplace technology leadership and marketplace capabilities with PNS's proven operational track record in the European mountain sports/rental sector, connecting over 1,150 ski rental shops across Europe. Together, the parties aim to further strengthen the platform, enhance the customer experience and drive continued growth across the European ski rental market.
