Munich – Singapore-based cross-border investments unit of CDH Investments has acquired a significant interest in WOW Tech Group. The management of WOW Tech Group and other shareholders, advised by Rigeto Unternehmerkapital, remain shareholders in WOW Tech Group and continue to hold strategic and operative functions.
A CMS team led by Lead Partner Dr Martin Kuhn and Lead Counsel Dr Jessica Mohaupt advised the sellers as transaction counsel on all legal and tax aspects of this transaction. CMS advised the shareholders, Rigeto and WOW Tech Group on several occasions in the past as part of their buy and build strategy forming WOW Tech to a global player in the intimate health and sensual wellness industry.
