Filip Nordlund is a Senior Associate in the Global International Arbitration practice group.

He acts as counsel in commercial disputes and investment treaty arbitrations, including proceedings con-ducted under the rules of the HKIAC, ICC, SCC, SIAC and UNCITRAL, as well as Emergency Arbitration proceedings and arbitration-related proceedings before domestic courts. His experience relates to con-struction, insurance, gas price, private equity, pharmaceutical and sale of goods disputes.

Before joining CMS, Filip worked at leading international law firms in Hong Kong, Paris and Seoul. Filip also worked at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), where he oversaw more than a hundred arbitrations under HKIAC's rules in a wide array of industries, as well as acted as Tribunal Secre-tary in several arbitrations. This background has given Filip deep insight into HKIAC's arbitration practice and the practice of arbitration institutions generally.

Filip is admitted to practice as a Solicitor Advocate in England and Wales and is a qualified lawyer in Sweden.
