Covid-19 procedural deadlines for intellectual property law in Hungary

All physical hearing until May 26, 2020 were adjourned (unless they are inevitable). The parties were notified in writing. No automatic extension of deadlines, with the exception that deadlines expiring between March 15, 2020 and April 15, 2020 were automatically extended until April 30, 2020.

No automatic extension of deadlines.

No physical administration, consultation or inspection into files until further notice.

Further legislation clarifying the situation is expected.
