Covid-19 procedural deadlines for intellectual property law in Slovakia

Physical hearings scheduled until April 30, 2020 only took place if necessary. It is to the Court's discretion whether to adjourn or hold the hearing.

All deadlines were automatically extended until April 30, 2020. Deadlines which have expired between March 10, 2020 and March 25, 2020, did not end before April 24, 2020.
