All hearings scheduled until April 19, 2020 have been adjourned (except for urgent matters). 

All deadlines were suspended until April 19, 2020. The suspension does however not apply i.e. to summary proceedings and preliminary injunctive measures. Local/deviating rules in local/cantonal proceedings remain reserved. 

IPO (IP Office)

All deadlines were suspended until April 19, 2020. Deadlines determined by months or years, however, are not suspended.

Suspension of all deadlines until April 19, 2020 means:

  • Deadlines ending between March 21, 2020 and April 19, 2020 are being extended until April 20, 2020;
  • Deadlines running between March 21, 2020 and April 19, 2020 stop running during the suspension period and commence to run for their remaining period on April 20, 2020
