EBA: Peer review report on ICT risk assessment under SREP
EBA has published the follow-up to its 2022 peer review report on ICT risk assessment under the supervisory review and evaluation process. EBA notes that competent authorities have made notable progress in strengthening ICT risk assessment, driven largely by the implementation of DORA, but that further work and continued investment are necessary.
IAIS: Application paper on operational resilience objectives and toolkit
Further to consultations which took place in 2024 and 2025, IAIS has now published the final version of its application paper containing operational resilience objectives and supporting practices/tools. It covers three overarching objectives with the following themes: the relationship between operational resilience, governance and operational risk management; the key elements of a sound approach to operational resilience, and specific objectives for insurance supervisors.
