1) Public Consultation to identify constraints in the licensing procedures of energy projects
We would like to inform you that last Friday a public consultation was opened promoted by the Mission Structure for the Licensing of Renewable Energy Projects 2030 (EMER 2030), aimed at identifying constraints in renewable energy licensing procedures and collecting contributions to solve them, ensuring transparency, independence and respect for natural resources.
This public consultation shall remain open until 13 July 2024.

2) Public Consultation on the amendments to the electricity grid connection network code
In the context of the ongoing revisions of the European grid connection network codes, ACER is consulting with stakeholders to collect views on ACER’s concrete amendment proposals to the network code on grid connection requirements for high voltage direct current systems and related power park modules.
The consultation period starts today and shall remain open until 8 September 2024.
