Cross border Insurance seminar

We are delighted to invite you to our Cross-border Insurance seminar at the WTC in Rotterdam on 22 May 2017.

The seminar will be hosted by lawyers from our CMS insurance sector group in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and the United Kingdom, and will be a great opportunity to speak to our insurance lawyers from a large number of jurisdictions. Moreover, the seminar will be in consultation with our business partners Crawford, Paragon and Lloyds.

The main language for the seminar will be English.

The seminar will start with a plenary session in which our lawyers from the CMS Insurance sector group will discuss differences in their jurisdictions in relation to a number of topics, such as non-disclosure, condition precedent, subrogation, loser pay rule, etc. After the plenary session you will have the opportunity to attend two rounds of workshops.

The workshops will be hosted by our lawyers from the various jurisdictions and by specialists from Crawford, Paragon and Lloyds.
