This seminar will look at the future direction for renewable energy developments in Scotland following the closure of the Renewables Obligation to new developments. We will consider how developers can best position themselves for success - and profitability - in a post-subsidy environment in terms of planning, land agreements, regulation, construction and funding. We will also consider the availability of CfDs and suggest ways in which developers can build flexibility into agreements around that.
