Wistrand appoints new partners

Wistrand Law Firm is pleased to announce the appointment of Hanna Trygg and Tobias Svadling as new partners at the Gothenburg office, and Victor Palm at the Stockholm office. All three are experienced lawyers and active today at Wistrand. They will assume their new roles on January 1, 2024.

Hanna Trygg has been a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2020, specializing in public procurement, construction law, real estate law and commercial contracts. She currently leads the firm's Public Business Practice Group in Gothenburg and has been a vital part of Wistrand since 2019. Prior to joining Wistrand, she has worked as a legal counsel at Göteborg Energi, assistant legal counsel at Helsingborg City and has also experience from serving as a law clerk and from another law firm.

Tobias Svadling has been a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2018, specializing in real estate law, construction law, and consultancy law. Tobias has been a key contributor at Wistrand since 2016 and has previous experience from serving as a law clerk and from another law firm.

Victor Palm has been a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2012 and a Specialist Counsel since 2018. Specializing in tax law with a focus on international taxation and tax litigation, Victor has been a valuable resource to Wistrand since 2009. Prior to this, he worked as a tax officer at the Swedish Tax Agency and also has experience from serving as a law clerk.
