Lawyers for expats

The lawyers on the CMS Expat Desk deal with legal issues surrounding the international deployment of employees. They have the relevant experience when you need to post employees to other countries on a short-term basis or employ them there for an extended period, e.g. under a new (temporary) employment contract. Their expertise around the international movement of employees also covers deployment of foreign workers in Germany. A particular advantage is the fact that many of our Expat Desk lawyers speak additional languages alongside German and English.

Further down this page is a list with the contact details of our expat-focused lawyers. Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.
