Workforce reporting

1 min read

On this page

Reporting on workforce data is one way of measuring the social aspect of ESG. Gender pay gap reporting is the most common method in the UK, although this will change when the proposals on mandatory ethnicity and disability reporting are finalised and come into effect.

We also expect pay transparency measures to be brought in. This issue is under consideration as part of a wider call for evidence on equality law in the UK.
