Fees: The Government will review the fees payable by licensees to the Gambling Commission to ensure it has adequate resources and, when Parliamentary time allows, intends to give the Commission greater controls for setting its fees.

Levy: The Government will introduce a statutory levy paid by the industry and collected and distributed by the Gambling Commission to fund research, education and the treatment of gambling harms.

Black market: When Parliamentary time allows, the Government plans to give the Gambling Commission increased powers to support disruption and enforcement activity against unlicensed operators.
