Les principaux domaines d’activité de Me Sommer sont le droit de la concurrence, le droit des sociétés et les fusions et acquisitions.

Me Sommer a obtenu sa licence en droit de l’Université de St.Gall en 1987 et a été admis au barreau en 1989. Il a rédigé sa thèse de doctorat sur la relation de la Suisse avec l’Union Européenne, et a obtenu un LL.M. au Collège d’Europe à Bruges où il a acquis le diplôme H.E.E. Il a ensuite travaillé pendant sept ans comme General Counsel et secrétaire du conseil d’administration de la société Holcim (anciennement Holderbank).

En 2000, Me Sommer a rejoint notre cabinet dont il est associé depuis 2002.
